A simple evening routine designed to help you slow down, unwind, and prepare for tomorrow.
Step 1: Find a Comfortable Space (1 Minute)
Choose a flat, comfortable surface such as a yoga mat, carpet, or firm mattress.
Lie on your back and allow your shoulders to relax naturally. Take a few slow breaths and let your body settle.
Step 2: Position MorningFree (1 Minute)
Place MorningFree beneath the natural curve of your neck.
Avoid forcing your head into position. Allow the support to comfortably cradle your neck while keeping your shoulders relaxed against the surface.
Step 3: Focus on Your Breathing (2 Minutes)
Take slow, controlled breaths:
- Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
- Hold for 2 seconds
- Exhale slowly for 6 seconds
Continue this pattern while allowing your neck and shoulders to relax.
Step 4: Relax and Unwind (5 Minutes)
Close your eyes and remain still.
Use this time to:
- Listen to calming music
- Practice mindfulness
- Reflect on your day
- Prepare mentally for restful sleep
Allow your body to remain relaxed without straining or forcing any movement.
Step 5: Return Slowly (1 Minute)
When finished:
- Open your eyes
- Roll gently onto your side
- Sit up slowly
- Stand when you feel comfortable
Take a moment to notice how your neck and shoulders feel before continuing with your evening.
